Why do girls always make a U-turn , saying themselves

I just simply cannot understand, why are there people who said themselves pretty when they are obviously NOT ? They are just criticising others behind their back.Is this world going to become a '' BHB(thick-skinned) Society'' Without make-ups , they are NOTHING. Even if its natural, its just their external beauty. What about their internal ? Its totally ugly. So please , stop saying people around you are ugly. Because they aren't , but you are. I meant , the three of you.
